How do I create my custom design?

Easy peasy! Choose your favorite item from the Customizable Products collection (whether it’s a hoodie, mug, pillow, or poster), click “Customize,” and decide if you want to upload your own design or let our AI whip up something spectacular for you.

What types of products can I customize?

Let’s see... how about tees, hoodies, mugs, phone cases, pillows, posters, and more? Basically, if it exists in the Customizable Products section, it’s ready for your creativity.

What file formats do you accept for uploads?

We like to keep things simple. Stick to JPG, JPEG, and PNG for the best results. The clearer the image (and higher resolution), the better your masterpiece will turn out.

Can I use the AI generation tool for my designs?

Absolutely! Just click the AI button, type in your genius idea (like a cat lounging on a donut pillow), and watch the magic happen. You’ll have a custom design in no time.

What if I’m not happy with my order?

If your mug arrives chipped, or your pillow’s print looks wonky, we’ve got your back. Send us a photo and we’ll make it right. But remember, custom-made means no returns for second thoughts or sizing oopsies.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Since each item is made-to-order just for you, we can’t take returns for size, color, or mind changes. But if it’s damaged or defective, send us a pic within 30 days and we’ll reprint or refund. Easy as that.
